We are happy and pleased to successfully release another version of mobile app for clients/members of financial institutions Amala Self Service supported by Amala Core Banking 1.0 on November 2018 that will serve the clients/members of financial inclusion of unbanked and underbanked community in Tanzania.
In this release of Amala Self Service we have shipped in the following key new features among others:-
→ Localization : We are happy to announce that, now you can choose to use the Amala Self Service app in Swahili language. This will enable to include even the people in Tanzania that do not have higher education and the English language is a challenge to them to use the app.
→ Capability to search loans by account number.
→ Added french language : This will support usage of the app to the clients/members who are not Tanzanian and are fluent in french.
