A customer advisory board (CAB) is a select group of our clients that meet with us once per year or as will be communicated and offer their feedbacks, advice and requests for improvements to our products, services, operating policies, etc.
The main purpose CAB serves is to provide us with an inside look into our clients’ minds and opinions about our product or service. Then, the insight is used to form strategy on how to improve our offerings and the overall customer experience.
The insight gained from these meetings helps us understand ourselves from an outside perspective. Armed with that perspective and insight, we can better understand customers’ needs, pain points, and interests. This allows us to form forward-looking strategy in a way that aligns with what our customers need and want. This, in turn, empowers us to more easily maintain satisfied customers who are loyal to amala app suite product and services.
