A new year 2020 begins with a number of million strategies for each and everyone. Not people alone but also companies both have different strategies set make in year 2020. All of these strategies are to ensure that they make a year 2020 a year of massive success, growth and development comparing to the past of the years. People make new commitments and companies offer new strategic plans and promises to its customers to make their services better in this year. Normally this is something very important but above all it strengthen the relationship between people or companies with their stake holders, so if people of clients choose to remain with you and get along they have a solemnly reason to do so because you give them a reason to keep believing and working with you.
Mwenyekiti wa Tume ya Maendeleo ya Ushirika Tanzania (TCDC), Dkt. Titus Kamani, amesema kuwa Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano imedhamiria kuhuisha na kuujenga upya ushirika kwa kufanya mapitio ya Sera ya Ushirika na Sheria zake na kuwahusisha kikamilifu wadau wa Sekta hiyo katika kutoa maoni.
Dkt. Kamani ameyasema hayo wakati akifungua Kongamano la kitaifa la Wanaushirika lililofanyika leo 05 Jul 2019 jijini Mbeya na kuhudhuriwa na viongozi na wanachama wa vyama vya ushirika nchini ambapo amewataka kutoa maoni yao kwenye maboresho yanayofanywa na Serikali katika Sekta ya Ushirika.
The SACCOS are important institutions for providing financial services to marginalized communities and must be harnessed to help alleviate poverty in Tanzania and Africa in general. There is a need to build the internal capacity to meet the challenges that constrains their development. Unfavorable government policies, weak governance and management systems must be addressed. They should cooperate with the government and other development partners for better policy and legislature environment. Furthermore, in order to succeed to succeed in the new era of globalization (liberalized), the Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies (SACCOS) in different communities need to be people centered, be owned and controlled by members, should have a good leadership and management accountable to its stakeholders, and should be sensitive and responsive to the needs of its stakeholders and to changes in its internal and external environment.
