Workshop

On 25th May we attended workshop conducted by UNCDF with implementing partners TAMFI held at Golden Tulip, Dar es Salaam themed ” Accelerating Microfinance and SACCOS digitization in TZ. Main purpose was to update Microfinance about shared technology, how to overcome challenges on technology and the importance of technology in building ground and better tomorrow of financial institutions.

Story Hint; The decision to mark 1st may as workers’ day was taken on memory of Chicago’s Haymarket affairs which took place in 1886 when a violent clash broke out between police and labor protestant after a bomb went off at Haymarket Square in Chicago where the police had arrived to break a peacefully rally during a protest in support of workers right, the day commemorates the contribution of workers and labours movement.
